Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern the use of SPHER, a dating and compatibility service operated by SPHERE AI L.L.C-FZ, United Arab Emirates. Contact: info@spher.ai. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains data processing; accepting these Terms does not give consent to optional usage analytics.

You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate account information and must not impersonate another person or use another person's account.

Access uses the sign-in methods offered by the app, currently Apple and Google. You are responsible for protecting your connected account and device. Signing in is not a guarantee that a person's identity or age has been independently verified.

SPHER suggests people using answers to questions, matching preferences and, where enabled, approximate location. It also provides a Feed, likes and compatibility tests. Suggestions and compatibility percentages are estimates, not scientific assessments or guarantees of attraction, safety, a response or a relationship.

A match is an in-app unit used for eligible actions. Free allocations, rewards, paid packages and subscription allowances are shown in the app. They are not money, cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Free access does not include unlimited match requests. A subscription does not promise unlimited matches or chats of unlimited duration. Plan allowances, chat lifetimes, photo access and eligible filters depend on the benefits shown for the product being purchased.

Some actions, including opening or reopening certain conversations, require match units. The app displays the applicable cost and asks for confirmation before charging for those actions. A compatibility test alone does not create a paid conversation.

The Feed is available without a subscription; some filters and features require one. A subscription does not override another person's block or decision to end a conversation.

Before confirming a purchase, review the actual product, total price, billing period, benefits and any trial or renewal conditions shown by the app and the store checkout. The store purchase confirmation governs the product and amount charged.

Subscriptions may renew automatically under the terms shown at checkout. Manage or cancel them through the store account used to purchase them. Deleting your SPHER account does not itself cancel a store subscription.

Paid match packages grant the quantity stated for that package once, after the purchase is verified. Restore eligible purchases using the app's restore option and the applicable store account; consumable packages are subject to store restoration rules.

Refund requests are handled through the relevant store or payment provider and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory refund, withdrawal or other consumer rights. Do not assume that a statutory withdrawal right is waived merely by using SPHER.

Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, scam or exploit others. Do not solicit money, commercial sexual services or other illegal transactions.

Do not upload pornography, prohibited nudity, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, violent illegal content or material that infringes another person's rights. Adult questions or relationship preferences do not permit prohibited photos or abuse.

Do not send spam, malicious software, evade safety restrictions, exploit payment systems or access accounts or content without authorization. Do not record or redistribute another person's private content without their permission or another lawful basis.

You can block and report users through the app. Photos may undergo automated checks and suspected content may receive human review. We may remove content or restrict accounts for safety or violations; we do not guarantee a particular review deadline or that every violation will be detected.

Use caution when sharing personal information or meeting someone. Profile badges and compatibility scores are not background checks. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services rather than relying on an in-app report.

Chats may expire, be ended by a participant or use disappearing-message behavior. Do not treat SPHER as permanent storage for your conversations or photos.

You can request account deletion in Settings. A failed request must not be treated as a completed deletion: the app shows an error so you can retry. For help, contact info@spher.ai. See the Privacy Policy for data handling and retention limitations.

Features may vary by device, store and region. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or availability of compatible people. We may maintain or change the service, subject to applicable law and the rights attached to purchases already made.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant SPHER a non-exclusive license to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the service, operate safety checks and comply with legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload your content. SPHER's branding, software and original design remain the property of SPHER or its licensors. These Terms grant personal use of the service, not ownership of its intellectual property.

SPHER uses access controls and encrypted connections for service communication, but does not offer or promise end-to-end encryption for chats. Authorized service systems and personnel may process stored data for service operation, support, safety and legal requirements. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of particular matching outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer or data protection rights.

The operator is established in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms are governed by UAE law except where mandatory rules of your country of residence apply. Nothing here prevents you from using courts, complaint procedures or protections available under mandatory consumer law; no exclusive Dubai jurisdiction is imposed contrary to those rights.

For a service complaint, contact info@spher.ai before escalating where practical. This does not restrict your right to contact a regulator or court.

We will date revised Terms and communicate material changes through the service where required. Where law requires notice or renewed agreement, continued use alone will not replace that requirement.

The source version of these Terms is English. Translations are provided for convenience; any interpretation remains subject to applicable mandatory law.
