Delete your SPHER account and data

This page explains how to request that your SPHER account and the data associated with it are deleted. SPHER is published by SPHERE AI L.L.C-FZ.

1. Delete from the app (fastest)

Open SPHER, go to your Profile, open Settings, and choose "Delete account". Your account is removed right away and you are signed out.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to info@spher.ai with the subject "Account deletion request" from the email address linked to your SPHER account (or the address used with your Apple or Google sign-in). We reply to confirm the deletion.

3. What is deleted

Your profile: username, bio, age, gender, identity and preferences

• Photos, including profile and cover photos

Chats, messages, matches, likes and compatibility test answers

• Your location data

• Analytics data collected with your consent

4. What is kept, and for how long

Purchase receipts and transaction records, kept as required by law (typically 7 years for accounting purposes)

Reports and safety records about you or by you, kept only as long as needed to meet our legal obligations

5. How long it takes

Deletion from the app is immediate. Email requests are handled within 7 days.
